LB Platinum Holdings LLC is a South Carolina-based professional consulting, administrative operations, and project/program management support firm built for businesses that need more than advice. We help small and medium-sized enterprises, construction firms, regulated organizations, and government contractors build the internal systems, workflows, and execution structure required to operate with confidence.

Before there was a company, there was just me and a lot of closed doors.

I spent over seven years in healthcare. I learned the kind of discipline you only learn when getting it wrong has real consequences, you cannot treat what you haven't properly diagnosed, documentation isn't bureaucracy, it's protection, and follow-up care is the difference between a fix that lasts and one that doesn't.
Then I spent three years coordinating construction projects, and I saw the same problem wearing a different uniform. Firms that had been open for decades, running entirely on instinct, with no documentation, no systems, no safety net if the one person holding it all together ever walked away.
Two industries. Same broken pattern. And somewhere in between them, I started seeing my own life the same way.
I went back to school to build the credentials I needed to be taken seriously. I sacrificed income, stability, and the life I'd built to do it. Along the way, I heard "no" from places I didn't expect to hear it — from hiring managers who looked past a résumé that didn't fit their mold, from systems that were supposed to help and didn't, from rejection after rejection that had nothing to do with my ability and everything to do with not fitting the shape someone else had already decided was acceptable.
I rose the way a phoenix does. Not unscathed. Stronger.
There's a reason that image means something to me. A phoenix doesn't rise because nothing happened to it. It rises because of what happened to it — burned down to nothing, and choosing to come back anyway, harder to put out the second time.
That's not a metaphor I picked because it sounded good. It's the most honest description I have for what building this company actually felt like.
Every door that closed on me taught me exactly what kind of door I needed to build instead — one that doesn't ask people to shrink themselves to fit through it.
Once I built the door for myself. I held it open for everyone else.
LB Platinum Holdings exists for two reasons, and they're not separate from each other.
The first is simple: too many small businesses in South Carolina are run by brilliant people drowning in operational chaos, one missed compliance deadline away from a crisis that didn't have to happen. We fix that. We build the documented systems. The System Behind The System™ that let a business survive its own growth instead of being buried by it.
The second reason is the one that matters most to me personally: too many capable people get told "no" by systems that were never built with them in mind. Veterans. People rebuilding their lives after homelessness. Displaced workers. Recent graduates with fire and talent and no connections to open the right door. I built our internal LBPH Operations Academy because I refuse to just talk about opportunity. I wanted to build it.
These two missions aren't separate businesses sharing an office. They're one engine. Every client who hires us to fix their operations is funding the training and career of someone who's been overlooked their entire life. The system gets built. The person gets built right along with it.
